Greenskin start area crash

I have recently started trying to play, problem I am having is with the quest that sees you lob yourself up to the Dwarf position above the greenskin camp by way of a catapult.
As soon as I landed up there the client crashed to desktop.
I made sure the folder properties was unchecked for read only, ran the file checker from the launcher & run the game as administrator none of these things have solved this problem.
Now I can log in and a few seconds after the character appears in world the client will crash to dektop again.
I was not having any problems with the game while the character was in the greenskin camp but now it is up with the dwarves above it is unplayable due to the constant client crashing.
