I can't find the tactic button on my UI ,does anyone know the problem and can help me .

What you mean by tactic button exactly? tactic slots?
are you high enough level to have those? i think they unlock at rank 8 or something, maybe 10 even.
If thats not the case then look at the interface editor and into the windows list, see if maybe for some reason tactic bar is set to hidden from there

Yes I have some level 40 character and I mean the tactic slots. Meanwhile I have try to install new, repair, some other language ui's, /REL and nothing works. Without able to change the tactics the game is senseless.

Check from Interface editor if you have tactics window not hidden:

Unfortunally there is no Tactik window in my Browser

Hmm. backup and remove folder then grab a new interface.myp file from: https://mega.nz/file/1ToG3SCT#K7FuFtfzo ... EEfhoqSWHI - replace it in your folder and try again.

Done,but don't work.

Maybe there is an add on which bring me the tactics back

Try this trick:
Copy and paste this into the ingame chatbox: This will reset the tactics window back to it's original settings
