I really hate to see so many posts in my unread section coming from the Introduce yourself, most are lame.

DaScoub, could we have on each category a button or something "mark all posts as read"?

There is. Top right in each section ! "Mark topics read"

yes but it is not in the unread section, so you need to visit every forum to mark all topics

That feature would be cool.

I go back to the board index and there's a mark all as read when I'm done perusing each day.
