make dungeons scale with the party leaders ilvl and make dungeons have a ilvl requirement. dungeons should scale difficulty with the gear the leader had if the lead is using sov items the instance will upscale its difficulty while if a lead is in conq then the dungeon will downscale or not change at all depending on the dungeon tier but will also require other party members to be at similar ilvl as conq.

On live game there was the Ward system, here people wanted PvE to be easier because it's basically a PvP game and playerbase is relatively mature (with families, jobs etc...)

PvE is fine imho. Maybe C&T is a bit too difficult/long compared with BB/BE and should be nerfed.

I vote for remove for shortage of dungeon c/d timer. 4 days is too much imo

What would be the intention of this changes?
Make dungeons harder/easier? If so, dropping different loot?

harder instances have a higher drop for rarer items purples and blues also reducing the drop chance of greens and whites
