Can't move my Texture Memory Cache.

I have a Geforce GTX 1650 and I-5 10300. It's grayed out for me and wont move. Also when I change my settings it always reverts back to fastest framerate. Any idea on how to fix these?

my memory bring me back to a problem of war requried a list of gpu to be updated to be considerated compatible. I know it was fixed or even partially ammended bv "elven"(???), not sure.
duno if it's that never had this problem so i duno a workaround for now.
Dig with search function in forum regarding that, maybe can help? idk...

I think I remember that issue from live. Are you also experiencing in game graphics issues where objects, characters and the floor are rendering black?
Eitherway, I would start by reinstalling your Nvidia graphics drivers, repair game twice and rerun installer as admin. If that doesnt work you could run a memory and diagnostics check of your card using OCCT.
