[WE] Elixirs, positions proposal

Currently:
1 - Elixirs for WEs placed on trees where they less required
2 - Seals for WH placed greatly respects the needs of tree
Solution:
1. Switch places for each Elixir by mirroring WHs places.
- Elixir of the Cauldron move to Path of Carnage
- Elixir of Insane Power move to Path of Suffering
- Elixir of Shadows move to Path of Treachery
