Make a thread for potential Elf cities ideas

Hey, I was thinking it would be a good idea to start a thread similar to the thread for additional scenario assets thread, but for the Elf cities. Throw up some pictures of what you have, maybe some other rough ideas and lets have some brainstorming posts.
