Return of Reckoning

So a new account needs all previous peices to progress to next tier or..... am i wrong? I heard that some players only need boots and gloves...???? Is this posted anywhere how the new system works? Thanks in advance

Each character requires their own wards. To view reqs, press "k" and go to armory tab.
