Return of Reckoning

I am a returning player who started just before the Ratnorok event. When I logged back on I had all my previous currency converted to Warcrests. I had roughly 4600 Warcrests. When I earned some new ones they were not stacking correctly so I dragged and dropped them together into a single stack. When Ratnorok went live I had lost all of my Warcrests from my bag. I didn’t delete or use any just gone. Hoping I can get some help.
