Hello

A friend registered yesterday, downloaded client etc. Now he can not log in because his password would be wrong.
He has already requested several times a new password but when he enters them then they are supposedly also wrong.

Now he has tried to register completely new, this does not work because always comes the error message

"You have provided an invalid answer to the question."

What should he do now? Passwords do not work and register also not...

Can't log into the forums or from Launcher? if Launcher, then change the password from forum profile to Contain only Numbers and English Letters. No weird symbols. Launcher is a bit picky with it.

The Other account. If you have tried several times in the row from same IP address, i get a cooldown and have to fill in additional info on registering. It usually asks for few of the names from team members which you can find out from the about page.
