(suggestion) Removal Gear Ward System on all ORVR Sets

Hi
I'm posting this for the attention of the game developers as a suggestion:
1. Remove the current ward system that requires each orvr tier set to be purchased before being able to equip the following tier.
I will use my personal situation as an example, I'm currently lv 30 and RR51 with 1505 tokens, as an estimate I think when I hit lv 40 I will be around RR 60 ( I don't use -exp scrolls).
Looking at the gear sets below, the RR level criteria and cost in tokens, once I hit level 40 I'll have qualified for wearing full Vanquisher. However as the game design stands currently, I'll not be able to do this, in fact, although I've meet the criteria in terms of earning the tokens and the game time to acquire them and the RR level, I'll not be able to. This is the hub of a frustrating situation. I'm going to instead have to buy the Annihilator and Conqueror sets at a cost of 1201 tokens for gear sets that I've outgrown by playing the game.
Devastator (lv 26-29 and RR26-29) tokens: 220
Annihilator (lv 35 and RR 35- 39) tokens 352
Conqueror (lv 40 and RR 45) tokens 849
Vanquisher (lv 40 and RR 55-58) and tokens 1691
So why the suggestion? well in the current game design, tokens cant be bought with real money, traded between players or even within the account. You simply have to earn them within the game by playing it, hence you've earned them through play an game time. The game also allows a situation to develop that you can indeed have much higher RR than your class level by the time to hit lv 40. I feel I've earned the tokens and qualified at lv 40 to go into Vanquisher but although the game criteria limits has been met, instead I'm 'forced' into lower level gear I've outgrown simply by playing the game without hacks/cheats etc.
It would be great to get some feedback from a GM or developer on the reasoning, in the absence of any feedback I can only imagine it was put in place to stage gate progress, however I'm hoping by posting this and giving some details, you may reconsider the other side of this decision which actually leaves frustration of hard earned tokens feeling wasted when you have earned the right to equip better gear.
I welcome feedback from the developers, or at least add this topic to a future feedback session you may have on the state of the game.
Simply put, the game allows people at lv 40 to have high RR and tokens, please don't punish people for meeting the games criteria and be forced to take a backwards step - that's not fun.
