Only 1 server???

I am new to game and can only select one server. It is in Europe. Is there only one server?

Yes and it being in Europe isn't that bad the ping for most NA folks is decent and doesnt effect much.

156 ping from California. It's doable.

Doable, not ideal. Great on a DoT class
