@Devs When does RR Mastery gets introduced?

Like title says, when does the Renown Rank specialization gets introduced?
It will make the game allot more interesting tbh and more skill based.

devs are never announcing new patch notes before so they won't do it now. many threads were made because people want to know when things get implement.
They just can't really say when unfinished game parts will go live. it comes when it comes.
