Hello

I have the following problem with the game.
I log in, select my character and as soon as I walk two steps in the game, the game closes.
Fixing the game has also not done anything so far.
What else can I do to play this game which I like very much also without errors?

This is the same problem I had after the last update.

The game tried to download 175173 files and when completed, I could select my character join the game then poof...

game closed

I did not find a solution even after downloading and installing the game 3 times over

Most likely you missed a step in the installation guide. Some sort of permissions problem or antivirus/firewall blocking some files etc.

Downloading whole 175k files indicating similar problem.

I had similar problems and it was caused by having a different windows language, make sure your windows language is set to English before installing the game.
