Return of Reckoning

Have been consistently getting disconnected from server for the last week plus; suddenly today I cannot even complete a scenario without getting disconnected from the server to character select. Sometimes I can log back in straight away from character select, usually no characters or PLAY option appears and have to completely restart the game.

Could be a network issue/congestion on your end. To rule out, from a command line, ping the RoR server at 164.132.206.172. If your latency is above 200ms+ or you have packet loss you could be having problems. Some players have gotten these problems go away by using a VPN. Also make sure you arent running this across a WiFi connection, etc.

Also not on WiFi.

Just want to jump in here with my experience because it sounds like you are experiencing the same thing as I am. I'm not trying to hijack your thread. Checking my login.071622.log file in the warhammer game directory log folder I see these errors:

I ran a tracert against the IP 46.105.54.77 and found that it never reached the server thorgrim.warol.net and got stuck at an ovh.us address.

However sometimes I am able to play without issue for many hours and ran a tracert against another IP the client was attempting to authenticate to. 147.135.130.126 which succesfully routed to thorgrim.warol.net.

Sorry missed this post, I am not receiving an error, just: the server has closed your connection; you have been disconnected.
