Return of Reckoning

I torrented the client and downloaded the launcher and this is the error I get when I try to start the game.

Try to ucheck the folder where WAR is installed (unziped) from read only. Ensure the setting is also applied on the files within the folder.

thank you very much for this help I didn't know how to get my launcher to work correctly so thank you

I am a bit confused by what you mean by "ucheck". I think I will just uninstall the torrent and do it the oldfashion way with the zip files. Not quite sure what I did wrong with the torrent, I downloaded it and then placed the RoR launcher inside of the WAR file location.

Hi, oxmor. In the following picture, read only is enabled (checked is terminus technicus - the GUI element, which allows you enable or disable this option is called checkbox). You have to disable it (uncheck).
