how do you get influance

so i know you cant play PQs since they don't work right now so how do i get influence then?
u wont
only influence u get is from killing players (for rvr inf rewards). and only if u kill the enemy by yourself or if someone from your wb, grp makes the killing blow.
PQs arent working. only stage one, then it fail and bug and do not reset untill server restart
