Dcing to desktop as soon as i enter a scenario ect.

Hello there my game at the moment is unplayable I keep dcing when ever I enter a scenario or I'll just dc to desktop in some random pve environments, one character I cant even log into because he will just instantly dced seems to be stuck in one environment that just keeps crashing the game, I'm in windowed mode played this for like ages I've had no problems cant really figure out what to do tried upgrading my drivers still nothing, could really find anything in game on advice or online to do with my issue specifically either, if any ones got a fix i'd be super greatful thanks!
