Here's a leak:
Abilities are being reworked to be granted earlier and your whole kit will be granted by <level>, as opposed to 40. Tactics and masteries might be moved around as a result of the changes. There's likely some balance changes going in at the same time.
This is done so that new players aren't lacking abilities that max rank players will be.

I was just joking next patch would be a dye patch since last patches were changes no one ask about…
I did mention, as a joke, gobbos emotes would be broken with dye patch. Are gobbos ok?

Engi Turrets have some serious bugs after the patch:
Flame Turret: "Steam Vent" is not activated at all.
Gun Turret: "Machine Gun" is activated but does no damage.
If "Penetrating Round" and "Machine Gun" is activated at the same time, NONE of them both does damage or apply armor debuff.
Bombardment Turret:
"High Explosive Grenade" is sometimes activated, but no Aoe Grenade is shot to the enemy.
