I just finished getting my Bloodlord set, and am running 5 BL/ 2 Sentinel / 3 Genesis, also run Memory of Kal
But as a new player what is my build order after this (what do i aim for next) and also what is currently the end game BIS

Depends on the content you play, but first step is to get bloodlord cloak for either 6 BL / 2 Sent or 5 BL / 3 sent (gloves + boots + ring).
If you like parry stacking go 2x fragment + Rough Gunbad Amber with WS talis and you'll be setting pretty.
Next step, I think is to pick up at least 3p Warlord (cloak, boots, ring), then decide on either 7p warlord or 5p Sov off/3p warlord.

That's a downgrade to what he already has:
5% less parry (and the actual/base parry that setup has is ~70% with proc, not 82%)
2% less RCtbC
1% less melee crit (and missing 6% crit from proc)
400 less HP
But yeah, it's easy to get

BIS depends on what you want to do. My BG 52% base parry in the paper doll, with the tactic and 100 hate its 82% and with the proc from kalgalanos its 92%. Also, he has 1200 tou at 100 hate with 9.5k hp.
I can take a ss and post it later when I get home but hes 3sov/3sov/2wl so I get 2 wounds bonus, 1 str, 1 tou, 1ws. for rings I have the lotd 2pc parry bonus set, sentinal ring, warlord ring.
I love my super tanky 2h tank, almost at the point where I want to swap the tou gems in the gear for ws just to get that extra bit of parry.
If you want BIS for dps I'm not the guy to ask, I dont ever build my tanks for dps, its why i have dps classes.
