Please reduce the log-out timer from 20 seconds to 3 seconds if I am not flagged for PVP

Current Situation
When you try to log out, currently there is a server-side enforced wait of 20 seconds before the game gracefully logs you off. While I can see the purpose of it if you are currently PVP flagged to prevent you from logging out in the PVP lakes before you get hit (once you are hit you are "in combat" and cannot log out at all), at all other times it serves little-to-no purpose and is just an excessive wait for the sake of waiting. I am aware that the live game had a 20 second log-out timer as well, and it was bad then too.
Proposal
Please reduce the log-out delay timer from 20 seconds to 3 seconds if the player is not currently flagged for PVP/RVR. The 3 seconds provides a small grace period for players to cancel logging out if they pressed the log-out button by accident. It can't be abused for people doing PVP/RVR as even if they are not currently in combat they are still flagged for PVP/RVR and so will have the 20 second wait timer.
Additionally, if this is implemented then please change the log-out timer message displayed to people who are flagged for PVP/RVR to explicitly state that the longer timer is because they are flagged for PVP. Something like:
"As you are flagged for PVP/RVR, you will finish logging out in 20 seconds."
"As you are flagged for PVP/RVR, you will finish logging out in 15 seconds."
"As you are flagged for PVP/RVR, you will finish logging out in 10 seconds."
"As you are flagged for PVP/RVR, you will finish logging out in 5 seconds."
And if not flagged, then a single message like "You will finish logging out in 3 seconds" will suffice.
