Question about Witch Hunter ability

I have noticed that bullets are procing twice(at the start and end) of one trial of pain channel. So is the game counting one channel of trial of pain as 2 executions? Giving 3 seconds of 50% armor pen at the start and additionally at the end? Also giving 50% chance to gain 2 accusations at the start and end of trial of pain channel?

Working as intended. You get 50% BB efect from all hits except first on trial by pain. So every dmg tick refhreshes 50% BB back to 3 second.

Is it intended for blessed bullets to hit twice in one trial of pain also? The tool tip saids your executions will do an additional x ammount. Absolution and other executions just proc blessed bullets one time for example.
