Is there any form to see if i took war crest from the mail? os there Some type of items received log ? Think ive destroyed 50 war crest deleting a message.

You can see retrieved items in your loot-chat, just like any other looted item. But of course only for a limited time. A longtime log does not exist.
Iirc there is an extra warning when trying to delete mail with attached items

If you deleted mail including Items it's bad luck for you, as there is a no-item-restore-policy on this server :/
