Return of Reckoning

A while back the XP reduction scroll was removed, and rightly so. It made midtier scs a stomping ground for higher ranked people in the tier.
I was thinking it could be nice to add it back but ONLY for PvE. Especially during events like the current x2 it could help by not gaining xp while they farm a pve set.
The buff would fall away as soon as you're RvR flagged or in a sc.
Could be 75-100% xp reduction.

I like that, makes doing quests and PQs less punishing.

Agreed, good suggestion. Would add more life into pq's and low lvl dungeons, making leveling better experience for many.

Or you can make double XP events only in RvR and Scenarios, if it is possible.

I got +2 lvls on my 30+lvl char yesterday only by doing one T4 epic quest for weapon.
I want enjoy my leveling bit slowly
