there is no healthbar / status update in any of those windows if the person did die before....
so as healer you will never know the players health status atm you watch your grp / sc / wb window just by looking at his healthbar if hes arround and you got los...

use the addon "targets" as healer for workaround. and yes im sure that bug is known
