Return of Reckoning

Hi, I have a quest item in my bank and I cannot move it back into the bag or delete it.
The item is "Ember of Khaine" as showed in the image.

Can someone help me to delete this item, please?

I try to give an update to the issue.
I had another quest item and decided to move it into bank to test if quest items are still movable from the bags and they're.
Now I have two quest item in the bank I cannot move back/delete.

Anyone can help, please?

Can you drag it into your quest inventory? Can you move it between bank slots?

I can move items between bank slots, I cannot move back into the quest inventory.

Yes, recently I downloaded the game again in its fullness after a pause I took before the summer and one item was already in the bank long before.
