Lots o' Arrer I only use in two ways: when I need to deliver some damage and all other abilities are on CD. It's even castable on the move, it will get aborted immediately but it still applies one tick of damage which can make a difference. Otherwise I only use it in very stationary fights where I can't reach the target with other abilities.

I rarely use plink in sieges or other stationary fights where I can not reach the target with other abilities.

What Blocka is really nice and I try to use it when I know that waiting for the 2s (or 1s?) cast time won't be a disadvantage to me (i.e.g some melee will reach me when I stand still). It's a good debuff.

When I know a WH is about to attack me I try to activate squid frenzy and sometimes even pet disarm in advance.

Otherwise I try to keep squig frenzy on CD. I try to never use pet m1 without squig frenzy combined so sometimes I wait until m1 is ready.

On the one hand, it would be nice if someone tells me again exactly what stats I should aim for?

- Bloodlord?
- Beastlord?
- Sentinel?
- Genesis?
Could equip all of the above.
Weapons I have Genesis bow and Bloodlord spear?

And last but not least: Which talis should I slot?

I noticed on the dummy that the damage of my skills is really low =(

I would recommend this priority:
- BS Cap
- WS / Crit% / Wounds

BS cap is a must have, then it's up to you. Either you prefer a crit build or a stat build with max BS/WS. I personally prefer a good mix between BS/WS/crit% & wounds with BS cap/700WS/~35% crit with pet/~850 wounds.

3x FS (or less if you can get 0% chance to be critted with less)
3x crit
3x WS

I think with ~58 I'd go for
3x FS
2x Crit
2x WS (or can you get 3x with 58?)

I'd go for
- 3x sent for BS + Wounds: (ring + helmet + gloves)
- 2x BL for WS: back + ring
- Rest vanq (idk about the set bonuses but vanq chest + belt are like triumph and pretty good with armour pen + ranged power)

Full Bloodlord can also be pretty good because of the armor debuff, but that's better in melee setup for WB play.

When you can get the blood lord bow: use it.
Until then genesis (that's subjugator or?) bow should be fine.

BIS would be either blood lord spear & fort bow or vice versa (I prefer blood lord bow and fort spear, for the reason see previous comments).

Exactly what you recommended. With one exception 1 part Bloodlord for Vanquisher, because I did not like the bonus with 1 Free Cast.

Test results on the target dummy with the following stats (BS: 1062; WS 578; Rcrit: 28%):

Auto Attack: 689 crit: 1012
What Blocka?: 715 crit: 1045
Yer Bleeding: crit:510-576
Run n Shoot: 660 crit:952
Plink: 996 crit:1480
Finish 'em Off: 782 crit:1161 (above 30%)
Choking Arrer: 748
Shrappnel Arrer: 638 crit: 959
Rotten Arrer: 420 crit: 577-645
Behind Ya: 912 crt: 1623
Red Tipped Arrer: 697 crit: 1234
Lots of Arrers: 344 crit: 531

This reads well at first, but in reality these values will never be reached due to numerous damage reductions.
And for a ST range class, I find that a bit meager.

What do you recommend for gear for someone coming up that's 26/25 right now looking at the Conq set

I would say save crests and do pve.
