Return of Reckoning

After logging in with the launcher I find myself on the screen with the tents and the four options for cinematic, settigns etc, with a blacked out box on the right hand side of the screen. I can not create a character or start playing the game in anyway! Please help?

I have the same error the only way around it seems to be using a vpn or to get lucky when logging in since it randomly works. Hotspot Shield VPN is what most people use to get around it.

Thank you for replying, but could you please go more into detail? I just downloaded Hotspot Shield and i am wondering how to use it to be able to play the game?

Just download and activate it then login again.

With it active the game won't launch the launcher just has a grayed out connect button after pressing.

Try restarting the launcher and hotspot and make sure you run everything as an admin

So I have launched the game with hotspot open and active but still I can't proceed past the first screen with cinematic. The black box on the right is still unusable.

Sounds like your entering the wrong password or you have special characters in it try a password with only lower case regular letters.

->Try Running all the Programs as Administrator.
(Sounds like some sort of Connection issue, and something is blocking that Connection. Could be a random weird thing with the Launcher. Or the Game is getting Choked Up on something, maybe misplaced files, or *Edited* files. And if you are Entering the Right Password, it could mean the Launcher is having Trouble Calling the Game Client File.)
-> Fresh Wipe of the Game Directory and Reinstall could be worth a Shot if it comes to that.
