Rollbacks happen on a daily base

Hi, another day another rollback 10/20/2022 (30min) and 10/21/2022 ~9:18 AM GMT+2 (>1hr) have been having rollbacks.
10/20/2022
Yesterday i tagged GMs in discord in hoping that triggers some investigation, but i'm worried that no one even recognized it.
I hope this get's addressed fast and never happens again.

Don't get it? What exactly happened and when?
Could you explain more in detail at what point in time what got rolled back from where to where?

Servers went down today and yesterday. Rollbacks of between 2.5-3 hours happened to characters logged in. At 8.15am GMT. Lost all renown, 2 levels and a ton of crests.

When i tried to state with date and time, i just tagged Gamemasters in discord to save logs, but that was wrong. I created the post to get some reaction from the team.

Everything what happened in a certain time frame Renown/Items/Crests/Progress (i just recognized work of 1 hour) got reverted, that means everything achieved was undone -> A return to a prior state.

Basically everyone that played tonight lost an 1hour + of play time rr gains etc.

Hey,
sorry for inconvenience. But server crashes and rollbacks are things that could happen on an Alpha Server.
We are aware that there was the same issue yesterday, almost around the same time.
Max will check the logs, so maybe we can prevent this issue.

I really don't have any technical knowledge about it, don't hate me, but, i played on some other freeshard servers, there were problems like that too,nobody could explain, and at the end, it was a full hard disk.
