Unable to log one of my characters

Since last night after playing my mara i dced and the PLAY button on character select for my mara isnt working annymore.
I can load in my BG for example but not my specifick mara.

Account Akisnaakkeli - Character names are Warrior Priest Shindig & Engineer Salvos. Both are in altdorf i think, but i havent been able to log on for about ONE YEAR=) This is my third time asking i think. Banned From discord so hard to ask help.
