Slow Download Speed on Direct Download

Hey guys,
So i'm trying to download the game, but the torrent is from 2 years ago so it's been updating for 2 days, so I tried to do the direct download, only for it to download at 300KB/s. All permissions are allowed, firewalls are fine... I'm using Firefox (did the same with Chrome), and have a 100mbps line.
Is there something I need to do? Something I'm doing wrong? Is there a 2022 torrent?
