Return of Reckoning

Whats happened, wanna swith my other realm char and i've seen that the restriction for the swap is back.
Non patch, nothing but activated the restriction. Nice, destro crys and wushhh restriction back - order wish this befor event often and nothing happend.
So may it be possible to give us some hint when restriction will be enable and disable?
Events: on
non Event: off

Its not changed. Still works the same. Enter RvR and you are locked till timer runs out.

so in the screen the timer will shown but wont work?
or if i'm pvp flaged i got a timer? (yesterday not) and in a pve content not? (was few mins ago only in pve and got restriction flaged.
