Return of Reckoning

does someone know, what is the on hit bonus of the purple axe for WL that drops in CnT "Chraceaxe of the Sentinel"?

I did one run today where we droped a staff for BW with 10% chance on hit that the next ability used in 10s costs no AP.

You can actually use the armory to see the effects of any item:

1) Click on 'Links' on the armory page of the item.
2) Copy the 'In-game link'. For the Chraceaxe of the Sentinel that in-game link would be:
3) Paste the link in any chat box in game (e.g. /say) and press enter to get a clickable item text.
4) Click on it to see the tooltip, which will include all bonuses.

Same proc as Fort WL weapon ( 25% incoming hd proc)
