Double XP / INF / REN scroll

I know that devs don't really care that much about reddit, but I can't post on the official forums, so this is the best I can do(if someone cares to crosspost like I've noticed has been done with my Orc PvE: FEEL FREE TO).
While I personally don't mind having x2 events from time to time, people don't generally like stuff being taken from them. Also, given that after T1, there isn't really a Tier(just a game), this wouldn't hurt anyone:
A scroll to activate the x2(can be atomized to activate just x2 xp or x2 renown if necessary). You'd purchase it with Tokens and it would last for a fixed time. This way people can customize their own experience and nobody really loses anything(falling back on gear? Look around).
What do you think?
