Is there any chance of getting a Project Status thread, detailing whats IN, whats NOT IN and everything in between?
The SWGemu team has a fantastic thread which details the status of feature implementation
here.

I found myself searching for something similar to this.

It's really helpful for oldies and newbies alike, and would stop a lot of the same questions cropping up on the forums.

This is a great idea, as I feel like it would help people to understand current priorities and to avoid annoying devs about things that aren't on the table for the forseeable future.
For example: what's the status on PQ's? Are there plans to fully fix/implement them, or is that a low, low priority?

I think they don't post what's in the near future as to not get people's hopes up, and possibly to keep people from arguing about what should and shouldn't be priority. It's more of a take what you are given type of deal, it seems.

Pqs are a low priority atm
The devs want to get pvp full working first before focusing on pqs and other pve content

It doesn't seem to me a status thread is appropriate for this type of development style. You have very few who are sporadically active, and work on whatever chunk of code they feel can be most effective at the time. Then, as this is an alpha, they commonly just push it to live and we hear about it a couple hours, or days, later in the form of patch notes. One would need something like a project manager being able to direct his minions to attack specific portions at a time, so he could report back to an evil overlord on their progress down in the salt mines.
If you're curious, there's the bugtracker which shows all current Open and Closed tickets. Otherwise it would be a bit of work to track down all the patch notes in the past year and compile them into a megathread.
