1 hour armour pots

hi all sorry for a noob question but i have got 200 butchering and 200 apocrathy question is what is the correct combination to craft the 1 hour armour pots and strength pots ty in advance for any advice help given

links down or just show which main ingredient you need....
@OP: you need to add taut gobswort (mushrooms) to increase the duration

[Taut Gobswort]+ 1 x
[Artisan's Glass Vial] +
[Firebreath Scale] (Armor) or
[Elder Beardweed] (Strength)
