I Can't Report a Bug - Barrel of Mushroomed Ale

My friends and I found a clickable (if you're on the quest) object called Barrel of Mushroomed Ale at 32, 24 in Badlands, but here's the amazing news ... it's invisible until you click it.
I can't go back to show you because my character would just get killed on my own, and I no longer have the quest (I think it's called Mouth of Miasma), so I'm just going to post it here and let you investigate if you care.
