Hello! Tell, please, where i can find weapons and shields skins?

You get item/shield skins from weapons and shields in-game. You save the ones you want and then apply that shields appearance to your current shield. In the character equip screen there's a little tick box at the bottom left of the character. I don't think there's a specific place where you can view all the skins for weps/shields but you can go here to see some of the more sought after ones https://wiki.returnofreckoning.com/Lairs. Look at the design of the gear in the vendor (the item art), it tends to look very similar to how it is on your character, some vendors also wear the gear they sell (or nearby vendors do, Sov/Warlord vendors for example). Only other thing I can suggest is look at other players and ask them what gear they're using for their appearance.

any shield etc you find usable by you can also be use as alt appereance, usualy better ones are from vendors and epic quest, if you are new you gona stick a bit with the ugly ones. Around 30s you should be able to get something decent.
