RVR Status

If you enter an RVR area, RVR status should be locked to your character for 30 min and persist through logout, teleport scrolls, mirror of chaos wastes, book of binding and war report.
(30 Min timer buff that self-refreshes as long as you are in an RVR zone)
People should not get a free pass to pve to keeps.
