Same here, got t1 character geared yesterday. Today i got naked elf

I dont really care for the items as i am low level, just want to make you aware of the issue.
Update:
seems like all my quests, map exploration and skills were also reset. I am getting all my achievements when i log in one by one, all quests are reset. Nordland is unexplored on my maps even though i started there.
