Just downloaded the game and wondering which faction needs more players and what role(s) are needed?

Orders, tank, for new player kotbs

Destru : snb Tank or true Healer (I mean not a dpsing one)

Every class is more or less needed just pick whatever you will enjoy the most
People will tell you healers and you will end up playing sc's with 8 healers and then people will be wondering why half of them decided to spec into dps.

Sorry but SnB WP is only viable with top RR and gear. You will feel frustration of not being able to do anything once you hit T4 till later gears. But you can always go salvation WP and switch to grace once ready.

Or if you want SnB gameplay, kotbs is very good for that.
