Huge improvements would be Aoe HD back, Moralepumps toned down significantly, Disorient skills/procs affecting Melee abilities like 0,5sec cast time increase. Renown Gain Doubled, all punishing mechanics removed. NPC Hero + Champ at BOs + Resource Carrier back. -XP Reduction Scroll back.
Retribution/Bring it on only strongest affects/or make Range like, rof etc stack as well. Aoe cap back to 9, morale dmg cap removed. Rampage not ignoring Guard Mechanic and Morale avoidances. Gtdc replaced with Aoe Bleed em out 2k crits with last hit.
Remove Msh Pounce and Msh "Charge" skill. Remove Ranged KD(Range KD/Pounce=Order only) Give back old 98ft range and give shoot thru ya back to normal skill instead of morale. WL having silence without spec because it doesnt have disarm or shatter. Brutal pounce 5pts skill and Leonine Frenzy 9 pts skill and it should crit! Wl pounce being doable in mid-air, to keeps pet following him and pets getting all grp buffs and heals again! Pounce also could crit again and has 1 sec delay dmg for flow. Bring M4 Rampage to new Pt 13 skill on Guardian. All tactics WL has can be used like Revenge, Loner, Pack Synergy because restricting is never good way to go.
ICD of procs were 0s in live, RoR has 2 sec. I think 05s ICD would be perfet in RoR. Riposte had 1s ICD live but it could crit and crit dmg tactics affected it. But if some wpn had 360dmg proc that proc never underany cirumstance didnt/couldnt hit harder than 360. Bring back dmg procs like Wp/Dok/Bw/Sorc Procs getting benefit from Str so Toughness works against them. Also for Tactics like Loudmouth, Guilty Soul etc.
Black Orc Shield THC back and 15pts new brawler skill"Ignores GCD Dash/teleport instant like skill" Or if no shield THC then Mirror SM Wods to 15 pts Brawler.
SM absob Bellow back. +60-67 1h dps wpns still missing. 101.5dps 2H was max when sove was out. Also Bring Crit back that is missing in ror, not Lotd talismans but shoulders 4% talisman, all pieces had 3% crit has been replaced to 1%. 7% Crit staffs for everyone 5% crit 1h's. (heal and dps) Reverse low lvl anni/merce/ruin 4&5 bonuses and make 5th bonus +2.
All classes need that 12-25% critical dmg 10-18% Critical amount procs in gear or wpns. Crit is universal, equalizer. Too easy to Spec anticrit and be quite safe. Also... 025-035s Slower GCD than Live or RoR used to have makes Defense/Healers even more powerrful than before.
T1 lvl 1-19lvl T2-3 20-40/under rr45. T4 lvl 40/45+. RvR And SC Brackets both. And Tactics back to lvl 11-21-31-40. Deva/Duel/Stalker/Mayhem new lvl req r22/22. Anni/Ruin/Merce R29-31/rr30. Red-eye Would be lvl 33-36 And Conq 36-39.
Vanq/Opp would be wearable rr45-50. New Invader rr55-60/New 3pc Overlord/Imperator Set with Nasty bonuses like they used to have<3 Warlord and New Set rr 63-69. Purple Bis wpns with procs only dropping in Fort/City, remove city timer. Lotd TOMBS AND INVADING/DEFENDING THEM!
Love the new Liniment/berrie things with unique rewards, those permanent/dropping in PvP pls:D And make Items like Subjugator cloak, Keg cloak dmg procs usable even if you are not using the gear. Pots/Morales/Taunts/Detaunts/Challenges Off GCD, Maybe even Shatter's.
