Return of Reckoning

I use Enemy's click to cast feature for Healing on my DoK. Is there a way to have a frame for myself or my target that i can click to heal when I'm not in a sc or warband?

You mean when not in a party? I don't think so. The way it's designed is specifically for party management. You'd have to get an addon that specifically works with primary and secondary targets.

Just wondering, why don't you just have a group with you and your friend in it? You'd only have 1 one group with you both in it?

Afaik there is an an Option in "Unit Frames" that says "hide when not in Party"

He just wants two individual unit frames that he can position whilst no in group (my understanding). Though as I mentioned above, you can just be in a group together and move the group frame to wherever he wants.
