why i dont see the proc of tactic shadow of disaster on enemy head ? combine with chillwind ?

Shadow modifies the effect of chillwind so the reduced spirit res is combined on buffhead as part of the chillwind dot. Basically its the same reason why you only see 1 damage source from vision of domination and wop as it modified the base ability instead of adding on to it like swell of gloom.
