Beastlord quest follow up, kill credit not consistent

I've gotten kill credit for a WH when no one in my entire wb was off their mounts (including myself). I've solo killed a Shadow Warrior and didn't get credit at all. Been personally involved in the specific kills I need, and very rare/sporatic credit. I counted, I was involved in the deaths of 23 Shadow Warriors, and I'm still sitting at 7/10 quest credit. Been in this very productive roaming wb in Reikland for 2 hours, and haven't gotten a single one of these quests completed. These things seem bugged. Please fix this, as it is very frustrating.
