Is New races possible?

Hey just wondered if its possible to implement more races?
I understand that its a humongus job but been pondering about it.
The most models are already in the game and for simplicity and balancing just rip of the classes from opposite side so all classes are available on both sides with 6 new races. Here is my thought:
Destruction:
skaven: startingpoint: darkelf, mount: giant rat or doomflayers
stormvermin=knight of the sun,
assassin=witchhunter,
Enginseer=engineer,
greyseer= runepriest.
Ogre kingdoms: startingpoint: greenskins, mount: Rhinox
tyrant= grudgebearer,
butcher=warriorpriest,
firebelly=brightwizard,
maneater=slayer.
Beastmen: startingpoint: chaos, mount: speedbonus
bestigor=swordmaster,
beastmaster=whitelion: gor with tuskgorpet,
brayshaman=archmage,
centigor or ungorRaider=shadowwarrior.
Order:
Brettonia: startingpoint:dwarf, mount: brettonian warhorse/Unicorn
paladin=chosen,
prophetess=scorceress,
damsel=discipleofkhaine,
grail fanatic=choppa.

spellsinger=zealot,
