Return of Reckoning

So basically game is saying that I'm missing dx files and need to reinstall it..it would be fine if I didn't DL game from this website,which has no installation,just full game ( call it preinstalled). Maybe I did sth wrong,can anyone help?

I pressume d3dx9_34.dll is missing. If so, please take a look at this.
