Current situation in NA

Hello i would like to make aware for anyone bored or noisy the current situation in NA.
There is currently 1 guild called jempire going uncontested during na with a premades of 12+ pretty much just farming pugs. They do wipe once in a whle to pugs for the most part but that's not the worse part
The issue is they also have destro characters because they were destro i think but the main issue is they are making pug wbs on destro push a zone and then swap to order. This is extremely toxic and terrible for the server and community it instantly kills the moral of destro and causes mass xrealming.
