Return of Reckoning

Hey everyone!

I used to play here a while back and leveled primarily through rvr and scenarios. I am leveling an order char right now and often times there aren't a lot of people doing rvr at my level so I afk until I can get a group or a scenario to pop 192.168.0.1 router login . I was wondering what the fastest way to level a character currently ... Thanks in advance!

On the off chance you are not a bot...

Just do pve in tier 1 (lvl 1-15) while you are waiting for SC pop or there's no RvR going on.
You don't have to hit lvl 16 with rr 30..
