You can only by the "BIS" insta heal potion for 14 tokens each, so a 100 tokens gives you 7 pots.
You can buy the same potion on AH for 1-2g.

So this option at best is worth 14g, currently closer to 10g.

This of course assumes you even need to buy them, as you frequently get them for free or discounted from events and lvl up rewards.

So to match to 50 gold alternative option, we'd need to get 500 tokens, but this is just to equal the gold value, with 50 actual gold you can buy anything, tokens only buy blue insta heal potion, so now we are looking at 750-1000 tokens, just to make it better when you are out of blue pots.

So technically not useless, just 5-10x worse than the gold option (which for many also is a bit pointless)

You're thinking about the pvp potions, which cost war crests and the highest one is 10 crests for 10 potions that heal 2332. What's being talked about here are the blue potions that you buy from the ruin vendor and cost 14 war TOKENS, each, not for 10, just 1 I tested it, and are the exact same potion as the crafted 2748 heal blue one(cmon it even has the same name)s so they are terrible value.

Even if it was the case (which would be nice), you can solo farm War Tokens at a rate of about 10 per minute, so Weekly Rewards would still be very bad value even if they tokens were useful (there's lots of ways to address this, but that's a whole other topic)

The rewards should be of equal value to warcrests. instead of wartokens, put in some "boxes" of potions/talismans or Apoth/Talisman making boxes etc. If you want people to do this, the reward needs to be more than a T3/T4 PQ. 25 War Tokens buy what 3 pots? 24 War Crests will buy 30 Conq level pots.

BTW I love this idea, just think there should be better rewards for the time commitment.

There is already different cooldown with PVE vs PVP potions. Heals / Ap / HoTs

There is already different cooldown with PVE vs PVP potions. Heals / Ap / HoTs

He tought (same as me) that with war crests and war token you buy same type of pots that dont share cd with crafted ones.
Obviously it is not the case so yea rewards, esp token one, is weak

Thank you all for the feedback so far!

We're already discussing about increasing the War Token payout for this, as it sounds like there's pretty universal agreement that we could grant more War Tokens to make that option more viable.

As there's even more we'd like to add as rewards / tie in to this weekly someday, please note you might see things change or get added in down the road too. That's all for now... all feedback/comments appreciated!

Should find some other reward for 3rd than stone, since it is pointless to say the least.

You need to run 3-4 dungeons that all give a stone just to get a stone. So you end up with more stones than you can spend.

Or, you know, play your bank toon for like 30 minutes until it reaches lvl 5.....
